9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for food quality or safety issues
- We are not responsible for restaurant or delivery partner actions
- Service may be interrupted or unavailable at times
- We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
